Does unlicensed contracting business under the names of The Closet King, Bravo Closets, and Danka Cabinets and promises homeowners that he will build walk-in closets and various cabinetry. He delivers substandard product and does more demolishing than building. He repeatedly gets homeowners to pay money up front and then abandons projects or performs minimal work with poor workmanship. He often shows up as scheduled on the first day to receive payments and then disappears. Marasas works in conjunction with Catherine Marasas who also goes by the aliases of Catherine Sue Marasas or Caty Marasas.
